OUR STORY

The Kite was dreamed up by the Norman family and opened with their first guests on Christmas Eve 2016 . The Kite was built to be a haven where travellers can slow down, decompress, and connect with their natural surroundings within the seclusion and serenity of a private farm with staggering views of the Abel Tasman hills. The Norman family lives in lovely nearby Nelson but spends much time at Pemako as a family. They love meeting their guests and nothing brings them greater joy that hearing positive feedback from travelers after their stay at The Kite.
