Wonderfully modern, architecturally designed spaces, with purpose-built, locally made and German designed, highest quality cabinetry throughout, from the American ash feature that hides the TV when not in use, to the oversize bathroom vanity bench top, to the in-built master bedroom king sized suite.

All the modern amenities to be expected, including: WiFi throughout, Bluetooth speaker, SKY (satellite) Television with full-package sports and movie channels, DVD player, a selection of games, books and DVD’s, heat pump / air conditioning unit, heated tiles in bathroom, full and private laundry facilities including washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, and separate amenity hut for storing large suitcases or other bulky items.

Full kitchenette complete with: double-burner induction hob, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, outdoor gas BBQ with additional hob, and a full range of kitchenware and cooking basics and a complimentary welcome basket with carefully selected, locally-made food and beverage treats.

Bedroom featuring plush king-sized bed with built-in bedside tables, reading lamps with USB chargers, generous built-in American Ash wardrobe unit, complete privacy and views to the private Kite garden settings from every window. Guests will find The Kite fully equipped with fresh bed linen and plush bathroom towels, and there are no additional charges for servicing the villa after departure
